What is digital well-being?
Digital well- being is all about spending more time into the real world rather than being busy in our virtual or internet connected world. Our generation is constantly connected to the internet without a break and it is near to impossible for our generation to keep a distance from their phone . Like we are so used to use or hold our phones in our hands that we might feel awkward when our phone or gadgets are not around. In the past times people used to read books to find solutions for there problems and now we are just a click away like it has become so easy for everyone that everyone prefers to google everything rather than of going to a library and reading about it and getting a clear concept about it . I am not saying that googling things are not worthy enough for the knowledge but books will give you better concept visualization .
Now we will further move ahead to the next question,
What are the benefits ?
Benefits are like we will spend more time with our family , which create a healthy relationship and communication in our family .
we will be more confident in our real world because we know that we can stand out , we hold a place in the real world its not just the internet where we hold a place.
we will be benefiting our health also from those glares which comes from the phones and more importantly it will give rest to your eyes and we will be keeping a distance from the radiation which a average smartphone creates .
we will be becoming more focused regarding our life because now we have time to think what do further in our life .
and now the last question
how can we attain it ?
We can control ourselves from using the phone.
we can create a time schedule to use the phone
we can use the inbuilt phone apps to restrict phone usage.
