Protest of farmers, government should clear the confusion related to agrarian reform laws
The fierce nature of the farmers' movement on the borders of Delhi is not only sad but also worrying. The challenge has increased not only for the Haryana Police, but also for the Delhi Police. The central government does not want any kind of protest to be held in Delhi, so some force has also been used against farmers who tried to enter Delhi via Punjab via Haryana. Due to barricading along the border, problems of long vehicular traffic have been noticed at Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Singhu borders. Metro services have also been affected.
The war between the Chief Ministers of Punjab and Haryana on Twitter is only indicating that the politics behind the farmers' movement is more responsible. It is clear from such unpleasant dialogue between the Chief Ministers of the two neighboring states, healthy dialogue between the states and There is a lack of coordination. If the struggle is going on on the basis of ideological or political differences, will the national capital have to suffer its loss? Can such problems be solved by farmers in spite of such differences? Of course, in time, efforts should be intensified to listen and satisfy the farmers on the crucial forums.
It is a historical event in itself that farmers are being prevented from reaching Delhi in any way. The government is saying on one hand that all these agricultural laws have been implemented by the government for the benefit of farmers, but how can they This will benefit the farmers, this government is unable to tell till date. By reducing government procurement, infiltrating corporates in the market, giving hoarders exemption to hoarding, making anti-people laws in the power sector, the farmers who Will be of little interest, at least this government should tell!
If the farmer has taken to the streets against agrarian reform laws in the country, especially in Punjab, then the central government should listen to the farmer. Undoubtedly any government has an obligation to make laws in the public interest, but if there is any doubt or dilemma about these reforms, efforts should also be made to remove them. There should be transparency in its decisions so that the class for whom the law is made can be made aware of the reality. If this does not happen then anger arises among the people and the opposition parties get a chance to cash in on the issue.
This would be a superficial interpretation of the movement that the peasant movement in Punjab is nurtured by the government because the state has a Congress government, which stands against agricultural reforms. There are reports of farmer agitation from all over the country. It is a different matter that the farmers of Punjab and Haryana have got the biggest benefit of agricultural mandis and government procurement. In the rest of the country, there is no cultivation of that level of cultivation as in these states. Despite this, the government should clear the illusion that the farmers' mandis will not be eliminated through negotiations and the minimum support price scheme of agricultural produce will remain intact. Though the government has given such assurances, the question must be resolved that why farmers are not relying on their assurances?
The question is also why the farmers associations and agricultural experts were not consulted while making the new reform law. Why is the government in a hurry? Why did the government have to bring backdoor ordinances for agricultural reforms during lockdown? Why were these laws passed in haste in Parliament? In such a case, are the allegations of nurturing the interests of capitalists logical? Will the government be able to control inflation after opening the way for the intervention of private companies in the agriculture sector?
In fact, despite the opposition's opposition, the farmers who have taken to the streets in the end of September on the agricultural reform laws implemented by the central government, do not take the farmers' problem seriously. This is the reason why the farmers did not stop the Delhi Chalo movement on December 3, despite getting an invitation for talks in Delhi. Despite this, instead of postponing the agitation, fortifications were made on the routes leading to Delhi. Many farmer leaders have also been arrested. In many places farmers have clashed with the police and common people have faced a lot of trouble on the roads by getting stuck in jams. In fact, after the opening of the stalled rail traffic in Punjab for two months and the invitation of the Center to negotiate, there was hope that the problem would be resolved at the negotiating table. But the current situation is expected to prolong the conflict.
Drugs connection of Bollywood stars, very disgusting.....
Standup comedian Bharti Singh and her husband were arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on charges of possessing and consuming cannabis. Names of actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali, Arjun Rampal, her live in partner, Rakul Preet and many television actors have been revealed. Arjun Rampal's live-in partner has also been arrested. These are the people whose screen, the gallantry, the haughtiness, the idealism, make the general public so impressed that they start treating them as their icons.
Icon making is an inevitable process in every society. Icons are made so that the society brings down the values established by them. Unfortunately, wrong icons have been made in India. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, the effect of black money in the system makes the people of the film world become icons despite less skill, less ability and less hard work than other professions and secondly, due to wrong choice of public we choose wrong people as icons. Society has to see that the icon becomes the one whose efforts can be comparatively analyzed and the effect of black money does not glorify it through mass communication media like cinema or TV.
In the world of film and television, many lives are getting trapped in the dark tunnel of death today due to the increasing drugs, alcoholism, tobacco, cigarette addiction and drug addiction. The addiction to drug addiction may be a result of frustration, jealousy, and malice resulting from the competition to overtake others . Why only Bollywood, the drugs trap in South India is a bad mark on the country's identity and existence. Instead of playing the responsibility of making the country, these celebrities are doing the work of defaming the country, then how and why they can be our ideals. Every third person is addicted to some form of addiction. From small pouches of narcotics to spurious drugs, drugs, easy availability is the main reason for increasing this habit.
India is a country of youth, where this trend increases means to cripple and make the country sick. If this trend continues, there will not be a healthy mind for the high positions of government and society. How can a drunk generation country get its pride. This question is also in front of the power and also in front of the government. Why is Mumbai, there is a drug trade everywhere in the country. The matter is not only related to health but also to crime. The growing addiction to bolywood has created worrisome situations. Strict action is needed on those responsible for this terrible situation.
Contemplation :Women have to be protected otherwise the future will be bleak
The case of rape and murder in Hathras of Uttar Pradesh remains a matter of discussion across the country. However, this case of Hathras is neither the first, nor the last. Such incessant tragic incidents, along with humiliation of humanity, raise a question mark on the creation of a civilized society, because as soon as we look at the figures of NCRB i.e. National Crime Records Bureau, rape of women The horrific figures present a different picture of society to us. The NCRB data says that crime against girls or women has increased by 44 percent in the last decade. One aspect of the picture emerges from this, because these are the figures that were recorded, but many times the family is unable to even file their primary report due to public shame or disregard of the administration. In a civilized society, there can be no place for insulting and assaulting a woman. There are many laws for women safety in the country. A society which cannot protect daughters, must look into that society in its own way. If the incidents of rape in the country are seen in the light of statistics, according to them, there were 33,658 incidents of rape in the last one year. Statistics of rape incidents indicate that we have not yet been able to create a safe environment for daughters.
Incidents such as rape, murder, acid throwing of innocent girls and women from around the country are read almost daily. If we look at the aspects of rape, there are some major reasons, such as the prevalence of drug addiction in society, poor law and order, weak confidence of women, mental infirmity of men. The increasing materialistic tendency and governmental incentives in drug society is the biggest irony of today's social environment. The simple availability of intoxicants has hit the Indian cultural milieu. When cases like rape come to the notice, administrative laxity and legal hurdles become a major obstacle in the justice of the victim. In fact, the administration and police are not weak, but their strong will to fight the problem becomes their limit, which criminals take advantage of even if they do not want to.
The thinking of a society is really prejudiced towards daughters. This type of conduct shows the mental debility of the masculine society. If society wants a meaningful solution to this gruesome problem, then it must first cleanse the conduct of its sons. If society brings purity in the conduct of its sons, the mental debility of men will automatically end. This may reduce their violent tendencies towards women.
In fact, society will have to sit together and worry about the safety of daughters. Their safety has to be ensured. On the other hand, media should be sensitive in such cases instead of finding TRPs. The victim should get justice within the purview of the law. If seriousness has not yet been shown to tighten them, then the future may be even worse.
How far is it appropriate to change policies
The central government is making changes in three areas. The constitutional process of change in the two areas has been completed. Bills related to agriculture and labor have been passed by Parliament. The process of change in education is going on. The new National Education Policy has been approved by the government and will soon be made a law. In this way, the government has made major changes in the field of agriculture, education and labor or preparing for change, turning the corona virus disaster into an opportunity. Now the question is that the changes that are being made in these three areas can be considered as reforms. Can it be said that the reforms initiated by PV Narasimha Rao in 1991 and the first phase of reforms were taken by the Narendra Modi government?
The only similarity between the economic and industrial changes that Narasimha Rao's government made and the changes being made by Narendra Modi's government is that both have finally proved to be leading the country towards privatization. Apart from this, there is no similarity between the two. The changes made by Narasimha Rao and his Finance Minister Manmohan Singh were actually reforms. Except for their merits, they were still reforms because they had undergone major changes in the policies adopted since independence.
The new education policy does not explain how good quality education will be available to everyone. The infrastructure needed to prepare good teachers, prepare good curriculum and make it available to the entire population of the country does not give information about where the money will come from. On the contrary, there has been talk of opening the campus to foreign institutions and giving autonomy to government institutions, which will eventually lead to privatization. For a long time there was talk of changes in labor laws in the country. The government can say that the three Labor Code bills it has enacted are the second phase of reform. But it is not so. The government has served only one purpose by changing the Labor Code bill or by incorporating 29 laws into three laws. Changes in labor laws should have two purposes: first, that the interests of workers are protected and second that the interests of workers do not become a problem for the interests of companies.
In these changes, the government has taken care that the interests of the companies are not damaged but the interests of workers are not completely taken care of in fulfilling the interests of the companies. The way the education policy is designed keeping in mind the institutions rather than the students, similarly the change of labor laws is going to serve the interests of companies rather than workers.
The central government has enacted three agricultural laws and all three are strongly opposed. Although the centers of protest are Punjab and Haryana, these laws are going to affect the agriculture sector and farmers all over the country. Right now only two states are protesting because so far only one law is being highlighted, under which it has been said to abolish the system of APMC. The rest of the contract is not much discussed on changing the law of farming and storage of essential goods. Both these laws will become a big problem for the farmers. Because the person who does the contract farming will buy the food grains and if he has the facility of storage, then he will also store the same there. It is a law to create a monopoly of selected companies on the entire agriculture and food chain.
There is no hesitation in saying that while framing these laws, the interests of every party connected with them were not taken into consideration and every aspect of them was not considered. Even no mechanism has been developed so that after the implementation of these laws, the interests of the marginalized and marginalized groups are not damaged.
Bolywood ,Drugs and Debauchery....
It seems that the entire campaign to bring justice to Sushant is getting lost in the dark and dark world of drugs. Ria Chakraborty's drug revelations, considered to be the main accused in the Sushant episode, have given the whole case a new twist that people are more interested in the real life faces of Bollywood addicts and those star kids than knowing the cause of Sushant's death. It has happened, where the cocktail of money, fame, intoxication and unbridled life is seen kicking a big kick.
In this context, the Sushant episode should be a case study of how and to what extent can the outcome of a crime or accident be painted in political color? How can a campaign for justice be turned into a mirror of self-aggression? While in reality the mystery of Sushant's suspicious death is still unresolved after three months. On September 20, a team of expert doctors from AIIMS Delhi is going to decide whether Sushant committed suicide or was killed. The Mumbai Police had already reached the conclusion that Sushant had committed suicide. But after the political tug of war started, Sushant's family and supporters demanded a CBI inquiry into the incident, which was accepted by the BJP government at the Center. But even after a month the CBI could not reach any conclusion, despite the pressure from TV channels and social media to declare Sushant's death a murder. The implication of the information received so far is that even though someone has instigated Sushant to commit suicide, but no one has killed him, no concrete evidence has been found. However the investigation is on.
The drug and narcotics department seems to be ahead of the CBI in the case of sensation and solid evidence in the midst of CBI investigation. It is also becoming clear that this colorful question of Rajat Pat is right to say that the campaign is going on to prove the whole of Bollywood as an addict under the pretext of Riya episode. The world is so dark from within. SP MP and well-known actress Jaya Bachchan is right to say that on the pretext of Riya episode, there is a campaign to prove the entire Bollywood is a drug addict. It is like making a hole in the plate you are eating. But what is being served in this plate should also be revealed.
It is true that Bollywood is basically a world of talented people, but it is also true that in this world the poison of intoxication is rapidly dissolving. In the past, alcohol was mainly considered to be the culprit for this, but in the world of intoxication in the new century. The choice of the younger generation of Bollywood is now synthetic drugs like weeds, marijuana, hashish, hashish, opium, cocaine and MD, for which there are special parties. Many glowing faces of today have been addicted to these drugs. These parties have everything on which a normal person can be embarrassed.
Jaya Bachchan and BJP leader Hemamalini have also protested against bringing the entire Bollywood into disrepute. It is true that not all people are on the wrong path. Most are those who have earned respect and wealth after the struggles. But there are many for whom achievement simply means staying drunk. This intoxication was not only about fame and wealth, but now the real addiction of drugs has also been included in it. There is also an angle in this farce to discredit Mumbai.
Overall the game being played is endless. Remember that the interest of the leaders in this game will end with electoral defeats, but it will take years for Bollywood to recover from the wounds it inflicts. The big question is whether Bollywood will take a lesson from this whole development or will it even ignore it as a film story?
In the case of actress Kangna Ranaut, the Maharashtra government's image fell out of the eyes of the people due to improper use of power
The latest and disgusting evidence of how the arbitrary use of power has taken shape is a vandalism in the office of actress Kangana Ranot on behalf of the Mumbai Metropolitan Municipality. This sabotage was done only because some of his statements did not go down well with the Maharashtra government. The first Shiv Sena leaders made frivolous statements against Kangana and when not much satisfaction was received, the Maharashtra government sent the anti-encroachment squad of BMC to demolish her office. Since the objective was to teach Kangana a lesson, the prescribed methods were defied.
The Shiv Sena-led Maharashtra government may strike its back on the petty actions of the BMC, but the truth is that it has done the job of demolishing itself from the eyes of the people. With this act flying away the values of democratic values and dignity, it is also proved that how the arrogance of power speaks in our leaders. The way the Maharashtra government is willing to go to any extent to terrorize those who disagree with it, is a case of politics of vengeance that is going to tarnish Indian democracy.
Nobody would have guessed that the case of Sushant Rajput's death would be caught so much. Politics experts were looking at it in the context of the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar. Meanwhile, famous actress Kangana Ranaut also jumped into this fiery affair. Kangana brought a whirlwind in Bollywood and Mumbai politics in this case by adding movie mafia and drugs mafia. When Kangana called Mumbai as Pakistan Occupied Kashmir on Twitter, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut got angry and threatened Kangana not to come to Mumbai. Kangana also put a string of provocative statements in Shiv Sena's style and announced to come to Mumbai on September 9 and said if possible stop it.
The BJP also took advantage of the opportunity and provided Kangana with Y-class security and gave her an opportunity to speak more vocally. The Shiv Sena adopted a policy of sabotage in its nature. This time, since Shiv Sena is in power, the BMC resorted to sabotage and quickly broke Kangna's office in Mumbai. Although Kangana had also got a stay from the Mumbai High Court, yet BMC had ransacked Kangana's office. This type of action of BMC is not new. Earlier, BMC has vandalized the locations of Shah Rukh Khan, Kapil Sharma etc. On the other hand, when Kangana reached Mumbai, the way Shiva soldiers protested against Kangana and Ramdas Athawale's party and Karni Sena made a ruckus in support of Kangana. This incident is the country's misfortune.
Why these types of events ultimately occur is a matter of concern and consideration. When the investigating agencies come under suspicion and lose public confidence and the judiciary starts to expect justice, it is a danger bell for democracy. Which is probably ringing now. Freedom of expression is right, it is wrong to trample one's feelings under the guise of freedom of expression. The power of power should be exercised in the spirit of development and defense and not in the spirit of revenge.
Modi government bans 118 apps including PUBG, Need to put more pressure on China
The Indian government on Wednesday banned 118 other mobile apps, including the popular gaming app PUBG. These apps have been said to be working as a clone of the previously banned 59 apps and are a major threat to the safety of user's data. In addition to WeChat Reading and Tencent Weyun, PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite are included. In a statement issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, these apps have been banned because they are the sovereignty and integrity of India, the country. Was involved in activities against defense and public order.
China was shocked after a digital strike on the apps. The Chinese newspaper Global Times wrote in Twitter that the Modi government has taken such a step to divert attention from the declining economy. This step of Modi government shows the opportunism.
It is difficult to say whether the autocratic Chinese leadership and its mischievous army will outrun its antics after China's decision to ban 118 apps. India has already banned more than a hundred apps from China. Despite this, his army is engaged in raiding the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh. How the Chinese army is unrestrained and frantic, it shows that in the past, it tried to encroach the border at that time when military officials of the two countries were in talks. Clearly, China is not easy to accept. In order to give him a strong message, it is necessary that on the economic front such big decisions should be taken against him which would cause major damage to his economy.
It is better not to delay in banning the infamous Chinese companies like Huawei. With this, more vigil will have to be maintained on the military front. This vigil should be exercised in Ladakh as well as all areas where the border of China is established. India needs to send a message to China through its military preparedness that if it tries to change the status quo on the border, it will get a more befitting reply than anticipated. For this, military preparation will have to be expedited at every level and in this order every need of the army has to be met on a priority basis.
Why the dislikes of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's program 'Mann Ki Baat' are increasing.....
Updated: Sep 02, 2020 05:03 IST | Prabhat Pandey
Prime Minister's 'Mann Ki Baat' program has been watched by 35 lakh people in just one YouTube channel in 35 hours. It is the official YouTube channel of the BJP. But, it has never happened before that more than 8 lakh people disliked them. The number of people who like or like him in 'Mann Ki Baat' on YouTube is above 1.5 lakhs. Nearly six times more people have disliked him than the people who have liked him. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seen beating the place where he had ruled unopposed.
The month in which the NRC noise started in the country or the Shaheen Bagh movement started in that month i.e. in December, 2019, there were 58,392 people and 2.9 thousand people who liked Mann Ki Baat on the platform of BJP. Only 270 people disliked this program, which means that people liked listening to 'Mann Ki Baat' and Prime Minister Modi ji.
After all, in August 2020, what was the reason behind the opposition of 'Mann Ki Baat' and disliked 'Main Ki Baat' most? The only reason for this is the eagerness of 26 lakh students and their parents, who wanted to hear something from the Prime Minister about the JEE-NEET competition exam in the Corona era. However, almost six times dislikes, rather than likes, suggest that their wishes were not fulfilled in Mann Ki Baat.
As we all know that the Prime Minister is considered one of the most seen, heard and respected leaders in the world. His followers in social media are more than any leader in the world. The number of his followers is 6 crore 17 lakh on Twitter, 4 crore 80 lakh 62 thousand on Facebook and 4 crore 85 lakh on Instagram. Even on YouTube you have 75 lakh 30 thousand followers.
Despite being so much loved by the audience, the dislike of people on YouTube is a danger bell for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP. It is also astonishing that the number of subscribers on the BJP's YouTube channel for the last one year has stayed at 30 lakh 80 thousand. So, is this not the time for Narendra Modi and the BJP government to wake up? After all, what was the reason behind the surge in viewership of 'Mann Ki Baat' in August 2020? The only reason for this is the eagerness of 26 lakh students and their parents, who wanted to hear something from the Prime Minister about the JEE-NEET competition exam in the Corona era. However, almost six times dislikes, rather than likes, suggest that their wishes were not fulfilled in Mann Ki Baat.
