TS Darbari Video: TS Darbari shares Youtube video - Karma: A Yogi’s Guide to Crafting your Destiny
Today, in this blog, TS Darbari will not talk about anything but the YouTube video by Sadhguru titled as - Karma: A Yogi’s Guide to Crafting your Destiny
TS Darbari says that Karma is the most important thing that decides your fate. It is not a rocket science but anyone who has even a little sense can understand the fact. For example, if I study Civil Engineering, I shall become Civil Engineer or even after studying civil engineering, if I am not a good student and was never focused during studies or did not have interest, if I study graphics designing, I would become a graphic designer with a civil engineering degree. Though I said this thing on a light note but it is a fact. If I have a sharp knife and force it against my finger it will surely cut my finger and this is karma. In other words, as you sow so shall you reap.
TS Darbari says here is a wonderful video by Sadhguru where Sadhguru explains how Karma is a guide to a Yogi to craft his/her own destiny.
Therefore, TS Darbari shares Youtube video - Karma: A Yogi’s Guide to Crafting your Destiny

TS Darbari explains the benefits of staying busy
TS Darbari says that we all have heard the proverb- 'An empty mind is devil's workshop.' TS Darbari says that the proverb is hundred percent correct as we all must have felt that whenever we are free, most of us surround ourselves with negative or unnecessary thoughts. These thoughts are trivial and meaningless. TS Darbari further adds that these thoughts do us harm in several ways from demoralizing us to bringing us on backfoot in our lives. Therefore, we must try to stay away of these thoughts.
According to TS Darbari the best way to avoid these thoughts and keep our spirits high we need to stay busy.
TS Darbari says that there are numerous benefits of keeping yourself busy. One of them is that you are always on schedule. A study revealed that being busy can increase motivation and reduce task completion time. Busy people are more inclined to have a schedule, set goals and prioritize their workload so they become more productive.
TS Darbari says that another benefit of staying busy is that it increases your creativity. TS Darbari says that there is a simple funda behind this benefit. The more you use your brain, the better it works.
TS Darbari further adds that research is still evolving but science suggests that staying cognitively and socially active may support brain health and possibly delay the onset of dementia. Mentally challenging activities, such as starting a hobby, learning a new skill, or studying may have short and long-term benefits for your brain. So next time someone tells you that you are too busy, you can let them know that you are boosting your brain health!
Staying busy is a great way to combat negative emotions and stay positive. When our plans are in progress, we feel hopeful and motivated. Often when we’re busy, we don’t have time to dwell on feelings of worry, sadness, loneliness, anger or jealousy, which can be a good thing. In moderation, of course. If, you find that you are distracting yourself by being busy to mask other issues, it may be time to slow down and manage your emotional health first.

TS Darbari shares Sadhguru YouTube video on How to Remove Negative Thoughts
TS Darbari says that we all are creatures controlled by our thoughts and also we are surrounded by positive and negative thoughts all the time. However, negative thoughts impact us adversely and bring the consequences beyond our control. Negative attitudes and feelings of helplessness and hopelessness can create chronic stress, which upsets the body's hormone balance, depletes the brain chemicals required for happiness, and damages the immune system. Chronic stress can actually decrease our lifespan. (Science has now identified that stress shortens our telomeres, the “end caps” of our DNA strands, which causes us to age more quickly.)
Poorly managed or repressed anger (hostility) is also related to a slew of health conditions, such as hypertension (high blood pressure), cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders, and infection. Therefore, TS Darbari says that we need to learn the art of controlling our thoughts which is not very easy. It is an uphill task but if practiced sincerely, it is not that tough at the same time. The statement seems to be a paradox but it is true. Various successful people know this art or TS Darbari says that they master this art whether they realize this fact or not. In the journey of success, there is no room for negative thought. Once you clutter your mind with negative thoughts, your downfall is certain. Therefore, we must know how to get rid of negative thoughts.
TS Darbari says that he recently got to watch this video of Sadhguru on YouTube titled as 'How to Remove Negative Thoughts? Sadhguru Answers'. TS Darbari says that respected mystic saint has wonderfully explained the art of removing the negative thoughts and this video of Sadhguru is precious for youth or all those who want to succeed in life.

TS Darbari views on Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat
TS Darbari says that with a vision to transform India into a manufacturing hub and to make its market self-dependent and self-sufficient, Hon'ble Prime Minister of India made the clarion calls of 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat.' TS Darbari further adds that the objective of both the initiatives is to invite various commercial sectors from all around the world, to engineer their products in India and sell them anywhere they wish. The crusade had instigated on 25th September 2014, and since then has emerged as one of the grandest triumphs of the Indian economy.
Explaining the objective of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat, TS Darbari says that “Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Make in India initiative on September 25, 2014, with the primary goal of making India a global manufacturing hub, by encouraging both multinational as well as domestic companies to manufacture their products within the country.”
TS Darbari says that both the policies ‘Make in India’ and ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ seem to benefit the Indian economy in their respective ways. On one hand, ‘Make in India’ will boost foreign investments in the economy and on the other, ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ will help the country being self-reliant in terms of manufacturing of products. Therefore, a logical route is needed to be adopted.
TS Darbari adds that India is expected to be the third largest consumer economy as its consumption may triple to US$ 4 trillion by 2025, owing to shift in consumer behavior and expenditure pattern, according to a Boston Consulting Group (BCG) report; and is estimated to surpass USA to become the second largest economy in terms of purchasing power parity (PPP) by the year 2040, according to a report by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
TS Darbari further explains that with this initiative, Mr. Modi is literally inviting the rich and semi-rich countries to step in India and invest their money for the future of India. It’s like inviting the countries to set up their companies in India and manufactured in the territory of our country. Sell everywhere but manufacture in India sums it up all.
“The movement was further boosted with bringing in an import ban on numerous defence products. Since India has been heavily dependent on foreign nations to fulfill its Defence needs, the step has been appreciated widely by the scholars. Such initiatives will encourage the domestic industries to flourish with the technological support of foreign institutions and will also boost the export the state-of-the art defence products manufactured in India. It will have an lasting impact on the growth of Indian economy creating millions of direct and indirect jobs along with forging a self-sufficient sustainable environment for manufacturing and export industry which will further boost the employment opportunities and curbing the brain drain from India,” says TS Darbari.
According to TS Darbari. “Many foreign companies making the investments in Make in India project thus having a great impact on the economy of India. Obviously, if the big companies will set up their branches here, it will directly affect the GDP of India. So if you are planning to start your business in India by making an investment in Make in India then first read these effects of Make in India over the economy:
India ranked 100 among 190 countries assessed by the Doing Business Team in the Ease of Doing Business Report, 2018 with an improvement of 30 ranks over its rank of 130 in the Ease of Doing Business Report 2017. India saw an improvement in six out of ten indicators namely – Dealing with construction permits, getting credit, protecting minority investors, paying taxes, enforcing contracts and resolving insolvency.
These improvements in rankings have been a result of various reform measures undertaken by the Government including Structural and deep-seated reforms such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC); reforms aimed at strengthening India’s institutions – Demonetization, mechanism for inflation targeting via the Monetary Policy; progress in Aadhaar enrollment and use in targeted delivery of benefits; and announcement of the Government’s decision for recapitalization of public sector banks.”
Benefits of ‘Make in India’ & ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ Initiative according to TS Darbari
1. Make in India initiative helps in creating jobs for ever increasing population of India.
2. Conversion of India into a manufacturing hub of various commercial products.
3. Development of the areas and the neighboring locations where the industries would be set up.
4. The program will boost the GDP of the Indian economy as foreign investments will lead to humongous flow of income.
5. The FDI under this initiative would strengthen the rupee against the domination of the American dollar.
6. As countries from all over the world will bring along latest technology, India will have an opportunity to make use of it as it lacks in various test mechanization.
7. Setting up of industries under this initiative will help in the development of rural areas.
Limitations of ‘Make in India’ & ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ Initiatives
TS Darbari says that though one may be baffled by the bewildering benefits of 'Make in India' and 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' initiatives, it does not mean that these initiatives don't have any fly in the ointment. There are a few drawbacks that have been mentioned here by TS Darbari based on reports already available online.
1. Under Make in India campaign, all the focus lies on the manufacturing sector. So this causes a negative impact on the agriculture sector of India.
2. As setting up manufacturing industries requires natural resources like land, water, etc on a large scale. So, there is a possibility of depletion of these natural resources which can threaten the survival of such large population of India.
3. Entry of foreign countries into the manufacturing sector in India has caused a threat to the existing small local entrepreneurs and might force them out of business.
4. A wide disruption in the agricultural sector due to the utilization of land primarily for setting of manufacturing industries.
5. Tough competition leads to lowering of returns on FDI and results in outflow of capital from the economy.
6. Unemployment will be created if the foreign investors back out from the initiative

TS Darbari views on Restrain on Social Media
Mr. TS Darbari says that the democracy in India is different from the democracies across the globe. became independent in 1947, and despite a bloodstained partition that created a Muslim Pakistan, India adopted pluralism and secularism and eschewed from being a singular dominant religious country. It adopted its first Constitution in 1950 and went to the polls 18 months later. India adopted universal franchise even when 65 percent of its population were illiterate. This wasn’t a time when ‘poor’ nations experimented with universal franchise when they had issues of severe economic malaise and education deficiency. Mr. TS Darbari further mentions that even Switzerland, the bastion of western utopia, adopted universal suffrage as late as 1971. India surely has traces of democracy in history. However, the present constitution developed by the leaders of that time focuses on various points and provides solution to numerous issues that the democracies of various nations face today. Those leaders has evaluated and assessed each and every point very well and handed over us a farsighted constitution for which we are thankful to them.
TS Darbari says that in an era of “fake news,” where misinformation is spread through different types of media to intentionally deceive voters, foreign political interference and its opaqueness have become dangerous and far-reaching threats to democracy. In June 2018, Australia passed sweeping legislation to combat foreign interference in politics, resulting in the most significant counterintelligence overhaul in decades. Such moves are necessary though it does not mean to terminate freedom of speech; however the micro-blogging sites must take the responsibility to check the spread of misinformation.
TS Darbari further says that the chronic instability and eruptions of violence that characterise everyday life in India are to a great extent influenced by external interests at play within the country’s political arena. Though the government and opposition both oppose such sort of interference, still for the political gains, numerous political parties tend to take such support, various reports and articles suggest so. However, we are not so sure whether this information is trustworthy, we must not fall prey to news and comments available on untrustworthy sources and social media.

TS Darbari Comments- Hopes During the Days of Despair - COVID19 Pandemic
India has been immensely successful in controlling COVID19 pandemic. The pandemic could have a far adverse impact on India and its economy. However, a big thanks to all the state governments and the central government who despite several different and even occasional oral brawls over the handling of the pandemic, stayed united in this battle. Though it was not 100% success and numerous life of numerous people have changed forever due to this pandemic, it can be claimed to be partially successful and it could have never been possible without the wholehearted support of the masses. However, the most crucial part of this battle is yet to begin that will ensure the outright annihilation of the pandemic. But the battle won't be that straightforward and uncomplicated. The herculean task to vaccinate 1.35 billion people is yet to be accomplished. However, India is accustomed to handling vaccination campaigns of such humungous magnitude and would surely rise triumphant.

TS Darbari shares the YouTube Video 'How to Deal with Insults and Negative Thoughts' by Swami Mukundanand
TS Darbari says that most of us are always surrounded by people who try their best to demotivate us or insult us just to satisfy their false ego. Therefore, we all must be always ready to hush these people and negative thoughts. However, it is easier said than done and TS Darbari says that we need to learn this technique because most of us are sitting duck for these beasts of prey.
TS Darbari further says that insults and put-downs can damage our prospects and happiness by undermining our self-confidence and self-esteem. Even causal denigration (so-called microaggressions) can, over time, lead to feelings of isolation, alienation, anger, anxiety, and depression.
Categorising the insults, TS Darbari says that insults can be physical, such as punching, slapping, or spitting. But more usually, they are verbal, whether direct or indirect. Examples of indirect verbal insults are jokes, ironic comments, backhanded compliments, mimicry, and false fascination.
TS Darbari further adds that facial expressions can substitute for speech, and things like a cold or constant stare, a false or exaggerated smile, or a raised eyebrow, depending on their intention, can also count as indirect verbal insults.
So, what’s the best way of dealing with all these different kinds of insult and injury? Therefore, TS Darbari shares an interesting and resourceful YouTube video of Swami Mukundanand. TS Darbari says that in this YouTube Video, Swami Mukundanand tells us The Most Powerful Way to Deal with Insults and Negative People.
TS Darbari says that this YouTube video is a must for all of us and we all must watch it.

TS Darbari Explains How ‘Make in India’ in ‘Aerospace and Defence’ Can Become Successful
TS Darbari says that almost 60% of defense-related requirements of India are currently met through imports. The ‘Make in India’ initiative by the Government is focusing its efforts on increasing indigenous defence manufacturing and becoming self-reliant. TS Darbari further adds that simplification in the administration of offsets, incentives to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to increase their research and development (R&D) activities and increasing the local aerospace and defence (A&D) ecosystem are some of the measures that will help Make in India.
TS Darbari says that the opening up of the defence sector for private sector participation is helping foreign original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) enter into strategic partnerships with Indian companies and leverage opportunities in the domestic market as well as global markets. However, the government still needs to take a lot of initiatves to create an ecosystem that may support the development and success of the ‘Make in India’ dream of Hon’ble Primeminister of India
Discussing the initiatives and success so far, TS Darbari says that India’s focus on indigenous manufacturing in the defence space is paying off as the Ministry of Defence over the last two years unveiled several products manufactured in India like the HAL Tejas Light Combat Aircraft, the composites Sonar dome, a Portable Telemedicine System (PDF) for Armed Forces, Penetration-cum-Blast (PCB) and Thermobaric (TB) ammunition specifically designed for Arjun tanks, a heavyweight torpedo called Varunastra manufactured with 95% locally sourced parts and medium-range surface to air missiles (MSRAM).
TS Darbari further adds that the Defence Acquisition Council (DAC) under the Ministry of Defence, cleared defence deals worth more than INR 82,000 crore under ‘Buy and Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion Make (Indian)’ and ‘Buy Indian’ category . The deals include the procurement of Light Combat Aircraft (LCA), T-90 Tanks, Mini-Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) & light combat helicopters.
According to TS Darbari, though we must celebrate these achievements since they are milestones but we must keep on advancing in this direction to make India a manufacturing hub of defence products and for that, there is still a long road to cover.
TS Darbari says that Defence production companies in India would look for taxation and other stimulus relief for airlines, as Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman readies to unveil her third budget. It will help India recover early from the economic shock that has resulted from the covid-19 pandemic. TS Darbari further adds that simplification in the administration of offsets, incentives to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to increase their research and development (R&D) activities, and increasing the local aerospace and defence (A&D) ecosystem are some of the measures that will help Make in India.
TS Darbari also mentions that the signals everyone is looking for are very clear, increased stimulus for the aviation sector, maintaining capital budget commitments for military modernization and defence preparedness, and increased allocations to boost mission-readiness and modernization of the forces.

TS Darbari Shares YouTube Video - Organize Your Mind and Anything You Wish Will Happen by Sadhguru
TS Darbari says that our brain is a tremendous organ. Indeed, it is able to collect and organize information that even the world’s most advanced supercomputer cannot. TS Darbari further says that our brain has roughly 100 trillion neural connections (synapses) that constantly relay information to other parts of the brain and body.
TS Darbari also adds that the most scientists agree that the human brain is the most complex structure in the universe. Even with state-of-the-art scientific equipment and measurement apparatuses, we are only beginning to scratch the surface of understanding this wonderful creation.
While the brain is incredibly powerful and capable, it is also subject to wayward thinking. This is predominantly a byproduct of evolution, where the reptilian part of the brain – the amygdala – still churns out strange impulses and emotions. It is in the amygdala where the “fight or flight” response is initiated.
TS Darbari says that fortunately, the most advanced (and evolved) part of the brain – the forebrain – is capable of overriding these wayward impulses. While certainly not easy at first, the human brain has a wonderful way of entrenching habit into our thinking. In essence, your brain can learn those habits to organize itself.

TS Darbari Shares YouTube Video - Break Negative Thoughts - Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind by Swami Mukundananda
TS Darbari says that it is important to get rid of negative thoughts. TS Darbari says that negative thinking can become a dangerous habit. Thoughts sink into the mind and remain there until you take action to get rid of them. When you start to think negatively, it can be tempting to try to force those thoughts out of your head. Try to make them disappear and expel them forever. But this approach is often counterproductive.
TS Darbari says that on one of the blogs by some learned person, Mr. Darbari had read that "Fighting those negative thoughts can actually reinforce that pattern of thinking by making things worse. The more you try not to think about something, the more you end up thinking about it.
To get rid of negative thoughts you need to try a different approach, something that will help you clear your mind once and for all. Here are seven ways to clear your mind of negative thoughts."
Therefore, TS Darbari says that it is mandatory to get rid of your negative thoughts. TS Darbari further says that recently he got to watch this wonderful video on YouTube. The video is inspirational. TS Darbari says that the youth must watch this YouTube video.
