MISA[maintenance of internal securities act]

misa was made for the maintenance of internal security in the country. In the year 1971, Indira Gandhi becomes the prime minister of India.You know from 1947 every prime minister make some act which works for detaining people on the bases of some security reason. But in general, people believe that the government makes this type of act for their safety. Mainly this act prevents doing those work which creates communal violence and humor. Sometimes the government unconstitutionally uses this type of act. Whenever the ruling party has more MP in parliament they should easily be passed the act, and after that president sign on it then act applies to the people.

Now the word detention means when police arrest people and locked in one house, no one permitted to meet them.

TYPES OF DETENTION:-

1] Punitive detention:-under this police arrest the accused people on the bases of doing some unlawful activities, and police have the power to arrest people up to 24 hours. Within 24 hours police submitted the accused people in front of magistrate then magistrate has the power to decide to give bail or police custody or remand.

2] Undertrial detention:- under this type of detention, two types of people detained by the police. one who proved as accused and another who not proved as accused.At this time the police take charge of in unconstituional which means police talk with accused people and register the words as pieces of evidence then submitted to the magistrate.

3] Preventive detention:-under this government gives the order to detain people on the bases of pre assumption that person do some unlawful activities in near future.Then police detain the people and submitted to the magistrate.

Something my own ideas about music...

The earlier children start playing music, in my opinion, people get so relaxed after listening to music and children also singing and try to make a different category of music. In today's world, every child wants to play some different types of music which are not comparable to others.

The more famous a recording artist becomes, the more fan following in the country as well as the world they have many opportunities to become a worldwide recording artist

The catchier the melody of a pop song the fewer having to listen to this melody.

The more expensive a musical performance is the more attractive performance on the stage.

Some logical sentences…

The more types of music you try to try to listen to, the more likely you all to enjoy a wide variety of genres.

The more often you go to dance clubs, the greater your chance of suffering some hearing loss.

The more companies a new artist sends a demo recording to, the better his or her chance is of getting a recording contract.

The more you study the history of American popular music, the more you realize how much influence African music had on it.

The less emphasis the school place on music, the fewer new musicians will be developed.
