What is Depression?
How do you know that you are in depression?
Most significant sign is : "when you start thinking bad about your own self"
Stop it !!
You are beautiful, no need to share anything with anyone specially your "secrets"
Try to love your own self more
Try to talk with your soul, feed your soul.
And you will get solution for everything.
Because in the end no one will be with you except your own self.
If you think Iam wrong try this, after a month you will love your own self more.
Well, if you need help. Ask, don't shy.
Burden of The Past?
We all know well we neither change the past nor can we go to the past to correct anything.
The weight of the past is something like this which spoils our today.
"It is difficult to forget about the past do you know why? "
Let's find out why we get so much pain from the past.
√ Past always interferes with our surrounding because we ourselves allow.
√ We know that we cannot do anything with the past but still we think about it.
It's not bad to think about the past, as experience that we have gained from the past will always help us in our present but trying to change the past is something that hurts us.
We all know that we have made mistakes and will do so further, so don't be afraid of your mistakes and do not consider your mistakes a burden.
Accept your past as it is, be fearless of your past mistakes, with a new minute you can change, you can learn, and you can do new start.
So, accept your self as you are and burn that burden of the past.
