HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS
People often feel exhausted and it seems as their work is not appreciated at all. when you feel the burden of work (that can be even the assignments to complete in schools or colleges)and you feel that the work is just above your limits of working that's when fell stressed . A tension stars to build up in your mind and your confidence starts to loose.
But you can deal with it.
there are some moments which according to you are the happiest ones. but does those moments just stay? well its obviously NO. same happens with the bad ones and with those full of stress. So the first point is to never lose your confidence.
Second one is that you know that you need to complete your work in time and submit it or id not to submit but still you have to complete it. And you can't run away, so just distribute your time and work. That's a bit confusing right? now you may think that you have a lot of work to complete then how can you distribute it ?
well the answer to this is simple. for example : give 1 hour to work and take a 10 - 15 mins break. now in that break its not important that in order to take rest you must sleep, you do what makes you happy. for example : I love to listen songs a that's what I do when I need a break. Further the time distribution depends on the amount of work you have.
THE THIRD : let me tell you that you may now have lots of work but do it with your full determination because now you may not understand and think of just covering it up as fast as possible but if you but your best in what you do , you will surely get appreciated.
