I really tried this I feel relief after doing this it has been included in my to do list now it has been became a habit affecting up at 3:10 after this I feel fresh whole day and eat give me an different type of energy which last long the full day and help me to do all the basic work I am very glad after reading about Brahma muhurtham .. and this is so useful for me and my body it just don't help my mental but physical body too.
