Congress spoke person attacked Narender Modi's government by taking press conference in Pune. He spoke on Modi's USA program as well as Human resource and development ministers comment on Unemployment.
If human development and education minister is going to say the rise of employment issue is due to students taking higher education is this what Narendra Modi's new India looks like, said Gaurav Vallabh in his press conference.
Gaurav attacked the central government's policy and said that in India every year one crore new students pass out with a degree but around 40 percent of them are unemployed, Around 3 crore people lost their jobs due to economic slowdown. He said India is going through the bad economic condition and Narendra Modi is arranging Howdy Modi program in the USA, He should concentrate on India's economic issues. The GDP of India is less than 5 percent, people don't have money to spend.
Gaurav said that the Howdy Modi program did not fetch any benefits to India nor Modi discussed any issues with Donald Trump which will benefit India's Economic.

Bhausaheb Margale a man who is accused of Kidnapping, Raping and Killing a seven-year-old girl was given bail by a special session court. According to the court, no charge sheet was filed on the man within 90 days of the crime.
The court as given a show-cause notice to the investigating officer asking why he failed to file a charge sheet under the given time. The girl along with her parents went to Nilkantheshwar temple on the occasion of Mahashivratri. With huge crowd in the temple, the girl went missing to which the parents filed a complaint in the police station.
On March 7 the girl was found in dead condition near the temple, after post mortem, it was revealed that the girl was raped.
Police after an investigation found Margale to be involved in the rape and FIR was filed against him under section 302,376 and 363 of the Indian penal code. He was arrested by the rural crime branch, margale hired an advocate Yaspal purohit to represent him. As per Margale's Advocate, It is the duty of the police to file a charge sheet to which they failed.
They requested a special court to give Margale Bail to which the session court agreed with the penalty of Rs 5 Lakh. The court told culprit to not live Pune and attend the court whenever he is told to be present.

The Incident is of Koregoan Park when the two constables who were on their duty patroling spotted two men engaged in the fight near Ruby hall cinema. The Police constables took them to Mangaldas police chowky where they were interrogated.
The two robbers confessed of their crime and how they broke into one house and stolen gold, the officer then let the robbers go but have also taken their share in the form of two bangles and gold pendant. Before the robbers let go, Shinde wrote his phone number on the sheet and gave it to the robber.
The constables were not aware that the Yerawada police were already looking for the two men who broke into one house and stolen the gold. The police nabbed the accused and asked them about the crime, they confessed everything along with the name of a constable whom they gave some part of stolen gold.
After Investigating the Senior officer caught the two constables and made them confess about the crime. The news spread in Media and now the orders are been given of the two officer to be dismissed.
One of the constables is denying his crime and said if they wanted to steal any gold they would have not handed the robbers to the nearest police station for Interrogation and would have let them go.

A 55-Year-old man from Pune was scammed for Rs 63,000 when the car which was promised was delivered to him. Some crooks called Zanzurne a 55-Year-old man on Numerous occasions and they explained to him about his mobile number getting selected in a lucky draw for which he is going to get a car worth Rs 13 Lakhs. He was then asked to pay a nominal fee of Rs 63,000 for the car delivery service.
Zanzure believed the crooks and transferred the amount to the given bank account. The fraud then came to the light when the promised car was delivered to him and the phone number of the crooks came unreachable. Zanzure filed a complaint in cybercrime department to which the complaint was transferred to Vishrantwadi police station for further investigation.
The crooks were in touch with the victim from 21st of May and have carried out the scam by winning the man's trust. FIR under the relevant section of Indian penal code (IPC) and Information Technology Act as been lodged and police are yet to arrest the culprits.

Sunni Waqf Board lawyer Meenakshi Arora was presenting the case yesterday. She was speaking in the Supreme Court yesterday on the report of the Archaeological Survey of India. He said that there were a lot of faults in the archaeological study done at the site of Babri Masjid in 2003.
When Meenakshi Arora put this matter in the court, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi questioned why the Sunni Waqf Board did not raise the issue of the survey report being disturbed when the matter was being heard in the Allahabad High Court. The bench showed a surprise as to why this point was being raised in the Supreme Court, why it was not raised in the High Court, after the orders of which the archaeological investigation of the disputed site was done.
Actually, when this matter was going on in the Allahabad High Court, at that time the High Court ordered the ASI to investigate the disputed site. The ASI reported that the remains of a huge structure have been found under the Babri Masjid. Who were present there before the construction of Babri Masjid. The Hindu parties in the case claimed that they were the remains of the demolished Ram temple.

The 15-page report of the inquiry committee mentioned that Kafel Ahmad Khan had no role in the maintenance, payment, order, supply and management of liquid oxygen in the college.The inquiry committee by the UP government has acquitted Kafel Ahmad Khan two years ago in Gorakhpur medical college in connection with the death of children.
2017. In the month of August, several newborn children died simultaneously in Baba Raghavdas Medical College, Gorakhpur. The cause of death was found out that oxygen had run out in the hospital. And due to lack of oxygen on time, these children died. The pending bill of oxygen was not paid by the health department of the UP government.
From the beginning in this case, questions have been raised about the role of Dr. Kafel Ahmed Khan of the Medical College. Doctor Khan said that he had arranged oxygen cylinders to save the lives of children. Contacted at many places to arrange oxygen. But at the beginning of the investigation of the case, the investigating agency formed by the UP government had alleged that the role of Kafeel Ahmad Khan is questionable. Investigations were instituted on him under financial irregularities, neglect and corruption. Suspended on 22 August 2017. Kafeel Khan has spent 9 months in jail. And were suspended from medical college.
Now the investigation report is out. In it, it has been written in the report that Kafel Khan was on leave at the time of this incident. But despite being on leave, Kafeel Khan made all possible efforts to get rid of this unfortunate situation.

PHILADELPHIA—Philadelphia police officers have been detained and indicted with sex offenses, authorities claim. The authorities identified the policeman as 28-year-old Novice Sloan in the 17th District on Saturday night. Sloan was detained on Friday for an incident that took place on 8 August.
The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office has lodged accusations of sexual assault against Sloan. The prosecutors and the police released a few info about the incident but asserted that the fatality was a woman. Officials think that there may be more victims.
Sloan was charged with sexual assault, indecent assault, and simple assault. He was detained on Friday and taken to the Criminal Justice Center on Saturday. The Temple Police have verified that Sloan is a former employee of the Department.
