The incident took place in Kamathipura in Punjab where the woman who was raped in Punjab left her house due to some family disputes. The incident happened on 9th November and the accused was arrested the next day.
The accused name is Akhtar Riyazuddin Qureshi (45). The woman left the house due to some family disputes, She had Rs 10,000 with her which was stolen. She visited Rajasthan, Surat, and Amritsar and finally visited Mumbai on 9th November.
She was crying on the Mumbai railway station, the accused saw her and asked if he could help in anything. She shared her problems with him. He took the woman to Kamathipura where she was provided accommodation by the local woman.
After some time he bought food for the woman after some time he sexually assaulted the woman and threatened her with dire consequences if she complains about it.
She somehow escaped the place and informed about the incident to the police she saw on the street. The culprit was arrested and a case of rape was filed against him.
The boy went missing from Khar road railway station, the Nirmal police station helped the family to reunite the child with his family.
The boy's name is Soham and is a special child, the police recovered the boy from Marine drive. The police on Sunday at 11:30 am got a complaint from the victim's neighbor who informed about the incident, the boy was with his uncle in the Khar market which is located near Khar railway station.
The senior police officer quickly formed a team of constables and sent them towards the Khar railway station to find the missing boy. Soham was carrying a mobile with him, he was receiving the call but was not speaking, the police told Soham's family members to keep calling him so that they can trace his location.
After 30 minutes, someone took the phone call and told that the boy is near Churchgate station, he handed the child to the Marine Drive police station. His family went to the station and received the missing boy.
The incident is on Tuesday evening when Chirag Gupta who is the resident of Ghatkopar was on his way towards his home. He took the train from Vashi station at around 5:53 pm and fell asleep, he works up when he reached sewri station and realized that is the mobile phone was missing.
He had iPhone 7 with him, his trouser was also torn. The victim went to the government railway police and filed a complaint. He called on his mobile phone and it was received by a police constable.
He informed the victim that his mobile phone was with Aarif Sheikh who was hit by the train near Reay road, he was taken to JJ hospital but was later declared dead.
The case was not registered against the culprit since he was no longer alive, the police constable first thought that the phone call must be from one of the relatives of Aarif Sheikh.

At Jawai Dam railway station, accidents are taking place on a day due to non-availability of foot over bridge for passengers from one platform to another. With this, social worker Kesram Medatia sent a memorandum to the General Manager of North-Western Railway. Medtiya said that the work order for construction of foot over bridge at Jawai dam station had already been issued prior to the deregulation of railway lines. But despite the deceleration due to the slow pace of construction work by the concerned sensor, the work is still incomplete. He told that about 200 villages of this place travel from this station to Pali, Jalair and Sirahi districts. Due to which there is a heavy arrival of passengers at the station.
Due to non-construction of FAB, passengers have to cross railway tracks to go to another platform. Due to which many people have fallen on the tracks. While crossing the tracks, a big accident can happen to the passengers anytime. Seeing the general manager in public interest, he requested the concerned sensor to complete the construction of the FAB as soon as possible.
Social worker Medtiya told that on November 12, at around 5:30 pm at Jawai Dam railway station, his son bride Vimala Medtiya was going to cross the track from platform number one to sit in the number of his sister Ranakpur Express passenger. She fell while crossing the track, leaving her injured. Laagein took him to Lord Mahaveer Hospital for treatment.
