SHADES OF LOCKDOWN Jamshedpur
SHADES OF LOCKDOWN
In a sudden invasion
an invisible pathogen infects air sacs,
and paralyses all forms of life on the earth.
Latching on its spiky surface proteins,
It multiplies itself, spreads in the pneumonic cavities
Of human desires and silences gossips of
Growing wheat in the languorous fields.Corpses rise, funeral processions march
Limb by limb,
Masculine traders of pine and oak offer
Free logs for funeral pyres.
Facing acute shortage of hospital beds and ventilators
Priests in white aprons sacrifice bearded
handsome alligators in balcony prayers.
In a dishonourable capitulation to the infectious droplets of death,
Prisoners are released on parole
And armies retreat in sun-burnt camps.
Exotic birds, and blood-red hibiscuses
Watch from lunatic social distance,
The growing awareness of virtue and vice.
I hear sounds of the angry silence of office goers and travellers
Locked down in their fossil homes,
Barbecuing, sailing to their fantasy destinations.
Starving vagrant labourers
Craving for a religious past
Or easing of secular isolation restrictions,
Build memorials of dead bones in their shanties.
I am told,
Nothing can be done when
Rivers flow backwards, swallowing
Their own maritime ancestors.
But it is beautiful early summer
I am not marooned of hope –
The beastly fear slowly annihilates itself
With scents of smouldering wet sandalwood, and
Life regains its glowing fire –
Stirring poem after poem
In the ancient clay pot of ashes.
"Why do you Overthink"?
- Ayush Aryan
"why do you Overthink?" I think this question we used to ask ourself everyday, I'm i right?
Overthinking= Imagination , Visualisation, Emotion, Subconsciousness, Expectations, Hurt , Cry, Headache ,Stress, Panic attacks , Trembling, Sweatening, Air hunger etc...
You might be getting a lot of questions in your head right now like wtf! I'm i talking about? Right?...
Okay! Let me clear you this well, i dont know what we have learnt from the school and what we all know about the word "Overthinking" but you will strongly agree with me that when you think all of these words come to an action and it is indirectly connected with the verb 'to think' Doesn't it?
So according to me, in my mind of dictionary i personally thinks 'Overthinking ' is directly proportional to all of these words.
This article is for those who were facing tough times in their life and getting weaker day by day not by a physical health but from the mental health may be they pretends to be fine but they are'nt. I'm writing this article for those who are suffering form this overthinking phobia and i guess in today's world nobody wants to share or tells to about this suffering may be they think or they're afraid of people's reaction or may be people will make fun of them or may be we have created a myth in the society as well as in our own world of imagination is it is something that meant to be personal although suffering is personal .okay! I dont wanna have a conflict in this topic right now i agree with all of these reasons i truly agree with that and yes suffering is personal
But, today i want you to be honest with your soul while reading this article.
Today you'll get the answer of the 2 most common questions that your soul is probably asking from you and i.e ;
1. "Why you overthink"
2. "How to stop the entry of these negative thoughts into your brain?"
Do you know this phobia of overthinking or the fear of thinking is known as "PHRONEMOPHOBIA".
And the causes of this phobia include thoughts that sacres us, especially the memories of acts that we should not have done. The presence of these thoughts causes us to fear that we might be capable of doing the unthinkable. And due to this continous entry of negative thoughts into our brain we work hard we try enough to avoid it to get ourselves distracted from these thoughts. There are lot of videos i have seen in youtube they have a very catchy and eye appealing content like "stop getting negative thoughts in 5 minutes" with the subtitles like this video will let you stop this overthinking for entire life bla bla and all that shit . And i have seen a lot of videos just in a hope of help that this video will really make me away from this situation but that's not proved beneficial for me . I've never ever got benefited with such videos and the reality of these blogs ,articles, videos is they're just running a buisness and they are making money of it that'is that content, heading an all is very smarty made just to grab our attention and get the views as they're making money on that views so i offently hit the like button to that channel and subscribes it just to reward them for their hard work but i personally never got benefited with such videos. I had also seen a lot of motivational vedios of jack ma, prince la ,sandeep maheshwari, vivek bindra they are the great personalities and i respect them but i didn't get any benefit from them too i just get motivated for a while and again that thinking process get started into my mind.
One day i got a call of one of my best friend Asher and i'hve mentioned that word 'best friend' because i offently share almost every problems of my life with him and he had a very good skill that according to the surveys only 5% people have that skill among 100 and that skill is 'Listening' . It's a very powerful skill and a discipline to listen to someone continously for an hour and this skill is mostly used by the sales people in their field because listening gives them a better understanding of the behaviour of their prospects and hence builds a good relationship with their clients and their potential customers. So asher called me and after having a long conversation of something around one and half hour i get shocked by hearing that he's also dealing with the same sort of problems and this overthinking is affecting him so badly that he could not get to sleep for whole night since 2 days and i was like completely shocked. Then i'hve decided to find out a soultion for this i did a lot of research in this sector and finally got a conclusion of this phobia .
You guys will get shocked that the reason behind this overthinking is not the people who hurt us but actually its our brain that forces us to think because the way we think our brain creates a own story in our mind and it binds us emotionally and hence you get stressed but reality is something different. Foreg, when you see a movie you find yourself in a different way right ,u cry too at the climax or somewhere in middle of the scene, when you see any motivational video you gets motivated for a while right? And these bloggers, movie directors they're making crores in their buisness just to make us feel like that . Simply, what they do is they find something context in a story so that the context connects to our emotion because what we see is simply we put ourselves in that scenario in our world of imagination and then connects it with our world of rality by getting emotionally atached to it . So its our brain that allows the entry of such negative thoughts because what we think is what we emote...
So instead of letting your brain focused on these things just force your brain to gets focussed on something that you want to achieve and just utilize your energy your time to achieve that goal .
And the truth is simply there is a huge difference between your thought and your action because your action will determine your destination. The thought has no connection with the reality at the end persistence wins....
So make yourself persistent and make your brain powerful so that it allows the entry of a positive thought instead of a negative one. So its you only that can take you out of this suffering its not the blogs and videos or anyone who you admire its just your brain...
Note: "The way you think you emote".
Food From Waste
Food waste management has become an enormous task for food processing industries as
environmental regulations became stringent. The composition of wastes emerging from food
processing industries is extremely varied and depends on both the character of the products and
thus the assembly technique employed. Management of waste in an environmentally sustainable
manner could even be a challenging task. It involves reusing and recycling of all kinds of waste
starting from domestic waste to industrial waste. Technologies got to be developed for tackling
Waste Management and promoting its reuse, recycling and waste to energy operation. The
techniques used for Industrial waste management are: source reduction by waste recovery, reuse
or waste treatment for value added products and eco-friendly detoxification or neutralization of
the unwanted components. Efficient management of waste can bring down the worth of
production of processed foods and minimize the pollution hazard. The waste from food
processing industry isn't a waste during a true sense but are often converted and utilized as food,
feed and fodder. The by products from food processing industries are an important source of
sugar, minerals, organic acids, dietary fibre, bioactive compounds like polyphenols, protein
isolates, Single-cell Protein (SCP), biofuels, etc.
Large number of fruits and vegetables being processed, a possible by-product business has
evolved to utilize the residual peels, membranes, seeds and alternative compounds. Fiber-pectin
might simply be recovered from lime peels and area unit characterised by high fibre contents; the
most flavonoids found in citrus species area unit hesperidin, narirutin, naringin and eriocitrin;
Peel and alternative solid residues of lemon waste in the main contained hesperidin and eriocitrin,
whereas the latter was predominant in liquid residues; Citrus seeds and peels were found to
possess high inhibitor activity. Citrus by-products and wastes additionally contain great deal of
material additionally to their advanced saccharide content. Hence, they're a possible supply of
natural vapour agents, that area unit in nice demand by soft drinks business.
With the exception of some unhealthful improvement merchandise, waste from food-processing
facilities is organic and may be treated by typical biological technologies. The waste from food
process business isn't a waste in an exceedingly real sense however may be reborn and utilised
as food, feed and fodder. The regulative agencies and therefore the food process industries will
work hand in hand to develop new processes for waste management and utilization that area unit
Getting the Most Out of a DC/DC Converter
Modular DC/DC Converters Have Evolved for Higher Power Density
Small isolated DC/DC converter modules have been used for decades to efficiently match the supply voltage requirement of a load to the available power rail, to provide low-power auxiliary voltages such as a negative rail for an analog interface, for safety isolation or just to break ground loops for a particularly sensitive area of circuitry. As modules, through-hole single in-line pins (SIP) versions have been popular and the earliest boasted around a Watt of unregulated power output in a compact SIP-7 format, plenty enough power for many of the applications mentioned. Over the years, power density has steadily increased with unregulated 3W now available in the even smaller SIP-4 format (Figure 1)
Figure 1: Unregulated and regulated DC/DC power density increase from the 1990s (left) to today.
Fully regulated parts soon appeared, initially using a self-oscillating, variable frequency flyback circuit for minimal component count, but the latest versions are typically fixed frequency IC-based for optimum efficiency over a wider load range, giving high power density, 4:1 input range and features such as output trim and ON/OFF control. 2W in a DIP24 package was the initial benchmark, but soon SIP7 and SIP8 2W, 3W and 6W versions appeared and now the 12W benchmark has been reached (Figure 1). As power levels have increased, the modules are increasingly used for powering entire sub-systems and even whole products, rather than being used as just an auxiliary power supply. As the main power conversion stage, agency-rated isolation becomes more important and as SIP7 or SIP8 packages allow meaningful creepage and clearance between input and output pins, so a trend has been to increase power from these packages rather than to shrink module size keeping the same power.
Figure 2: Example DC/DC converter sequencing scheme.
Modular DC/DC converters have evolved significantly since their first introduction. Power density has increased dramatically but so has functionality allowing them to be used as precision power sources for modern electronic systems. The RECOM RS12-Z series is a good example, an innovative new design suitable for nominal 12, 24 or 48V DC inputs with a range of outputs delivering a full 12W at 75°C.

At the age where most of the boy’s attitude towards life is erratic and unplanned, Aryaman Mishra (Young Indian Entrepreneur) on the flipside was more determined and focused. When kids of his age were busy playing video games, he started his company and got his first earning, which in itself talks in volumes about his perspective towards life. Not all kids have the passion for doing different things when others listen to their elders some have the courage to think beyond the usual and show the world their potential to rise.
Let us listen from him, what he says, "“It is extremely important to build something that a 100 people absolutely love using rather than make something that a 1,000 people would just, kind of, like it.”
"Hire people not for today but for 2-3 years from now, and let them grow with the company.”
"You have to see failure as the beginning and the middle, but never entertain it as an end."

I shoot because I see. I shoot because if I don’t, I don’t know who will. Activism is seen as a dirty word. I shoot because I find peace in being especially active, and being a vigorous advocate for a cause.
How does one define what a “cause” is? According to Webster, it is “a person or thing that acts, happens, or exists in such a way that some specific thing happens as a result; the producer of an effect.”
I wish that every image I photograph reexamines and redefines the image of the black man, the black woman, and the black child. My photography is first and foremost a catalyst or reason to motive human action. Every picture I take asks the questions, “Who am I and what is my role here on this earth?” It is my way of seeing. It is my way of saying this is another way of seeing me.
As I am the student I was delightful at the last day of our board exams. Who wouldn't be? After a yearlong preparation, I feit free. Any student would have felt the sense of happiness at that time. All year long, students were pressurized to study, and that made us busy just like the adults. Even if we desire to learn something new, or acquire a hobby, our inexplicably busy schedule and pressure as a student inevitably crumbled our desire. After the final exam, I had the perfect amount of time and resources to do many drawings learn many songs, acquire hobbies and simply enjoying myself. The thought of finally being free of studies, even for a short period of time, made my heart flutter. As many days passed, each day filled with curiosity, passion and activeness, I experienced boredom after a long time. Now, all I wanted was a taste of being busy all over again and eagerly waited for my school to reopen and start my new session. Lo and behold! The world was dying out of this killer virus, and there was going to be lockdown which cancelled all my plans. I was both furious and sad. Now, even my parents were forced to stay at home. We all were stuck in our home, seeking entertainment. As an avid book reader, I had decided to read many books throughout the vacation, but now even books were hard to find now. I started downloading e.books, which helped for a short period of time. Though, everything has a limit. I was getting seriously bored from reading all day long. I was waiting something to quench my thirst for entertainment. Usually, I didn't used to play with my brother, who had a passion to break rules. But one day, as we had nothing to do, we played together after many days. The feeling was special, as if I am a little girl all over again. This experience was like a rain in the desert. Now that my parents were tree from work, we decided to play some games, which helped us discover each other's latent personalities and talents. My father, a serious and honest person, reflected his childish behavior while playing ludo and cheating in it! My mother, an introvert type of a person, was actually pretty good in cricket! The lockdown was a gateway to the happiness which I was searching for during these complex conditions. Whatever the condition is right now, I have finally learnt to bring happiness through these dark times, not only by spending time with my family, but also spending time with me, myself.
The life of an influencer.
Our lives are hard , no doubt we go through the daily struggle to come up with great combination clothes , completing our chores, rushing to jobs etc etc. That’s our normal life , could you imagine what an influencer goes through? . Internet personalities , YouTubers , Tumblr models , TikTokers etc are literally suffering from what I like to call the “Hannah Montana syndrome “. These influencers live a normal like us with the added pressure of being famous at the same time and more over ..when we mess up our chores , no body cares but if they mess up it’s all over the Internet. Let’s talk about a recent incident, which was Nico Anderson’s iPhone getting hacked and leaking information about him going for college. There were a minimum of 700 tweets about it within 3 days! Could you imagine that happening with you? I’d rather not. Influential personalities like James Charles , Garima , Nico Anderson/Nishan , Indigotohell etc go through insane amounts of pressure in day to day life , they have to keep their attitude in check , their persona in check , their issues in check , they have create a facade of well being around themselves and give their audience a seamlessly smooth experience. They know the audience is quick to judge, there will always be people who would want nothing more but to throw in hate comments or create rumours regarding their idols . We often forget that these are real people behind the screen who do the things they do for us, and we go on to unleash our anger on them because come on , who cares ? Right ? .
Life of an Influencer is by no means perfect or flawless. They have to fight their own battles, they are haunted by their own demons.
