In Udaipur Ambamata police station circle, two youths were seriously injured in a gunfighting incident on Monday. Both the youths are the sons of Mahendra Singh, the head constable posted at the Sukher police station. A brother is in critical condition. Police is searching for the accused.
According to the information, Bhavani, son of Mahendra Singh, resident of Mallakalai, Azadnagar, was going to the city by filling petrol. Then three young men came on the bike and stopped their scooty. He sensed the danger and ran towards Scooty's house.
On the way, he called his brother Ajit who went to college and told about this. Ajit was in a nearby college. He reaches there with his three companions. By then, three youth riding bikes also called two or three of their companions.
The accused youths stopped Bhavani and attacked her with a knife. Then Ajit also reached there. The attackers also attacked him with a knife. He was stabbed in his stomach and hand. The accused left from there. Ajith's bowels came out due to the knife. Police reached there on information and took both of them to the hospital.
According to the police, accused Chauth performs recovery work. These people also used to recover money from Bhavani. On Monday, Bhavani refused to give money. The accused came to know this and they attacked Bhavani. Police is investigating the case.
