TS Darbari views on 'China controls 1,000 sq. km of area in Ladakh'
According to TS Darbari - "Indo-China border dispute is long and a result of our long inactive diplomacy since the freedom of India." TS Darbari further adds that the issue could have been resolved by a visionary leader long ago when China invaded Tibet or tried the first few intrusions into Indian border but we did not pay any attention to such issues with a fear of escalation of issues along the LAC. TS Darbari says that we got enough time after 1962 to resolve these issues but it seems as if some of the political parties had either an agreement with China or they had leaders without backbone to deal with such issues. Mr. TS Darbari says that finally, there is a leadership that has put China in defensive mode and revealed its true face before the world. China is frustrated with the current Indian leadership and doing whatever possible to change the government in India from negative publicity through media to provocation by the neighboring countries like Nepal and Pakistan. Communist governments have always been destructive not only for their own country and economy but for the world as well. Communists are people without any vision and with a goal to bring anarchy in place of rule of law.

आशा है इन्हें हम सबका साथ मिलेगा और ये इस मुहीम को और आगे ले जा सकेंगी।
Welcome to our desi society
Coming to a society where everything feels endangered.
Log kya kahenge has become a phobia in most of the Indian society. Well, if you wanna achieve something which is far beyond your imagination. It's nevertheless possible in a desi family.
After 12th most of the parents force students to either pursue medical or engineering. Just try to understand atleast whether they are interested in it or not.
To be honest, I really wanna appreciate from the bottom of my heart to those parents who let their children persue their ambition.
But to find these type of people in our society is just like finding rare precious stones.
All I can say is that let the student persue with whatever they are satisfied. We all have heard that many of the youths are facing mental health problems like anxiety, depression and lonliness.
Well, it's quite common now-a-days especially in teenagers. It is we who can change our society to a better way. Just think for a while and let the students persue with whatever the profession they are satisfied with.
"Satisfaction leads to perfection."

WATER is essential to human life and you need to drink enough to support your body’s vital functions. But can drinking water make you lose weight?
Choosing healthier drinks is a key part of losing weight.
The average person consumes 200 to 300 calories more than they need every day. Thus, to lose weight, one needs to consume less than they burn.
If you cut back on high-calorie drinks such as soft drinks and energy drinks, you could lose weight easily.
Water is a healthy yet cheap drink to quench your thirst, and it contains no calories or sugar.
Giving up a soft drink for water could make a real difference to your diet.
Alternatively, try a plain tea, fruit tea, or coffee without added sugar.
Or if you don’t like plain water, add a slice of lemon or infuse a tea bag.
Can drinking water make you lose weight?
Drinking more water is not a miracle cure for weight loss, but it will help.
According to the National Health Services, people sometimes confused thirst with hunger. You may end up consuming extra calories because of this confusion.
Those who drink mostly water consume up to 200 calories less on average.
You need to drink six to eight glasses of fluid a day or 1.2 to 1.5 litres a day, says the NHS website. This could be water, low fat milk, or sugar-free drinks like tea and coffee.
Other studies have found that drinking water increases the amount of calories you burn, also known as resting energy expenditure. Resting energy expenditure is how many calories your body burns by functioning normally.
It is shown to increase by 24 to 30 percent within 10 minutes of drinking water, and the lasts for an hour.
Another study found a 25 percent increase in resting energy expenditure in obese children after drinking cold water.
Most shockingly, a study of overweight women who made no other lifestyle changes except to drink more water found similar results.
The 173 women between the ages of 25 to 50 lost an extra 4.4 pounds over a year.
This was just from drinking water. This study and the study on obese children found that drinking half a litre in water accounts for an extra 23 calories burnt.
If you keep this up all year, this equates to 17,000 calories and 4.4 pounds of fat burnt.
Some people believe that drinking cold water burns more calories than room temperature water.
They aren’t wrong, because several studies suggest this is true.
When you drink cold water, your body uses extra calories to warm the water up to body temperature.
Drinking lots of water also helps to fill you up, which in turn will encourage you to eat less.
DON’T BE THE BEST PHOTOCOPY OF SOMEONE ELSE.
Imagine a cheetah trying to copy how fast a sheep run. The idea sounded ridiculous, right?
While the cheetah may be happy it can run like a sheep, it may not realise it has more potentials to run one hundred times faster than the sheep.
Catcha! That’s what happen when you try to copy others blindly. The moment you copy others and use them as your standard for success, you forfeit your individuality and originality. No matter how hard you try to copy others, you can only be the second best version of them. Photocopies cannot be clearer than the original. Even if they are, they are still photocopies.
We live in a world which is inundated with commercials and advertisers telling us what we must all do, what we must wear, what we must think to be successful . It’s always an one-size- fit -all situation.
Don’t go where every body is going. There is no growth there, no originality, no innovation just imitations.
So many people are doing what looked “amazing” on social media. Others are caught up in the fashion frenzy and boast of their success. t It can be easy to get so attracted to the “wonderful” things other people are doing so much that you end up thinking you should also be doing the same things too. It’s pretty normal to feel that way.
The danger is, you may lose sight of who you are and your own unique style, because of the glories and amazing stories bombarding you from people who seemed to have the magic formulae for success. If that happens, you feel like just copying them. Afterall, it’s easier to copy others who seemed to be very successful.
In the year 2000, a student came to me with a problem. He said he tried to be like one star☆ student in the university. He even went to him for some advice on the study method he adopted to become a celebrity student in the school. Luckily he gave him some advice on HIS learning style. He came back and adopt HIS learning style. Sadly, he failed!!
Now, this is the fundamental problem. He failed to realise that he was different from the other boy and needed to adopt a learning style that suited him.
After giving him some guidelines, he recognised his own individuality. He finally discover what worked for him and eventually became the best student of the year. That was the turning point in his life.
Yes, it is when we discover ourselves that we begin to live.
You see, everyone is born with a unique potential. It is when we discover ourselves and our uniqueness that the genius in us begin to manifest to the world.
Sheep and goats are all four legged animals but they all have their uniqueness. Instead of trying to imitate someone else’s style , discover your own originality because that is your bona fide property. The basic truth is;
Each person is born unique. Every individual is different and has his or her unique characteristics and qualities.
Anytime you feel like you’re losing touch with your authentic self and trying to be like everyone else, remember Norman O. Brown’s Quote ,”I am what is mine.
Personality is the original personal property.”
The only true personal property you have is your personality. It’s your natural patent right. Discover it and recreate yourself into a brand. YOU are only one on Earth. No one else can be like YOU.
No one else can laugh like you do. The best is you. Others are second best, just photocopies.
No one else can sing like you. The best you. Others are second best.
You are the ONLY ONE who can play that football like that , speak like that , analyse issues like that , preach like that , run like that.
Yes, YOU are the only person who can do it like YOU.
Nobody else can do it like YOU.
Of course, there are a lot of positive elements we can pick from people ahead of us in the same field. We can glean these gems of experience to enhance who we are.
It doesn’t mean we should compromise our uniqueness, individuality or personality.
Aristotle disagreed with most of
Plato’s philosophy. What you may not have realised is, Aristotle was taught by Plato. He could had just copy the way of his teacher Plato who was regarded as a great philosopher. Ironically, Aristotle had not lost his individuality even as a student. He had a mind of his own while tapping into the treasures of knowledge given to him by his teacher. With that, he formed his own opinion.
Plato was an idealist, who believed that everything had an ideal form but Aristotle believed in looking at the real world and studying it.
It was said that ,Aristotle’s contributions have arguably been more influential, particularly when it comes to science and logical reasoning than Plato Although the former had been the latter’s student.
There is another hidden danger in copying others. How will the world be like if we all behave like the actor Tom Hardy or Dwayne Johnson?
We would have lost the unique acting skills of other notable Hollywood Icons like Leonardo DiCaprio,Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Reynolds,Chris Evans,Chris Pratt etc.
Can you imagine how basket ball would have been if all basket ball players play the same style , perhaps like Michael Jordan?
What about the musical industry?
If every musician behave like Michael Jackson, we would have missed Justin, Biebier, Eminem, Chris Brown, Celine Dion, Stonebwoy, Beyoncé.
I could have missed the stupen
dous wrestling skills of Rey Mysterio and Roman Reigns.
Luckily, the world is blessed with a plethora of talents with each one unique in his own right.
One fundamental question is,” how can you develop your unique personality instead of copying others?”
The answer is: KNOW YOURSELF.
Knowing yourself is not only about knowing your favorite food, music or hobby. It is about knowing your limitations and strength. You must be aware of your abilities. You need to analyze yourself and find out your weak points.
Accept that one thing that you cannot be best at. Then work on what you can be best at. No one can be very good in everything.
We all have our strengths and weaknesses. You are different from others; you have your own set of talents and abilities. Just because
Someone is great at something that you are not good at does not mean he is better than you. There will surely be things that you can equally do better than him. So never compare yourself to others or try to imitate them in order to become like them. It does more harm than good to you.
Comparing yourself with others only increases your stress and anxiety especially when you start focusing on where you are lacking instead of where you are gaining. Channel your energy towards your positive traits. That’s what identify you to be you.
In conclusion, I say, Love yourself, discover your uniqueness, your originality, your brand and you will definitely achieve a better version of yourself, not the second best of another person.
Bless the world with your uniqueness. Remember, don’t be the imitator, Be the originator.
