Master Mind Alimuddin Ansari and his friends used to call the elders and call themselves customer care executives or employee of the telecom company or bank , after which they ask to link their bank account or phone number with Aadhar card. They use to take information of debit card and phone number and SIM number. Cyber cell of Dwarka district has arrested two people in this case.
They have cheated more than 1000 people, cleaned crores of rupees from account. Alimuddin Ansari of Jharkhand was caught by the team of Cyber cell Dwarka, He has about 100 people in the gang.These people used to ask the details of bank accounts and other documents to the elders in the name of linking bank account or phone number with Aadhaar card. After that, after giving money to the poor, they used to change the address on their documents and then open bank accounts at this address and empty the accounts of the elderly. Police has detected around 1100 such accounts in various banks. The network of this gang was spread in many states.
This case came up in light when Dwarka resident Dr Rakesh Geelani complained to Dwarka North police station that a person called him as a customer service representative and told that his mobile number had to be linked to Aadhaar. The caller then took the debit card number and CVV number of the victim associated with the telecom service number.
After taking complete information, the accused sent a message to the victim, asking to be sent to number 121. Also said that after sending the message, its SIM will be deactivated for some time, which will be turned on automatically later. Meanwhile, after taking all the information of the accused, the mobile was updated in his name in the victim's bank and transferred the amount to his account using OTP for the transaction. Talked to the victim customer service representative if the SIM was not activated for 36 hours.
In which it was found that a new SIM card has been activated on his mobile number. The victim checked his bank account. In which it was found that Rs 4.17 lakh has been withdrawn from his account. The victim then complained to the police.
According to DCP Anto Alphonse, 1100 have been opened in many banks. These accounts are being investigated. It was Manoj Yadav of the gang to keep an account of the money and open accounts in banks in the name of the poor. For this, Manoj used to keep in touch with the laborers and gave them 2000 rupees for every account. After giving the money, he used to take the details of the Aadhar card and PAN card of these people.
Used to go with these people and change the address in the Aadhar card and open the account at this wrong address. During this time, Manoj used to get his own number registered with the bank, he used to keep the account pass book, debit card, check book with him. These accounts were used to transfer money from the victim's account. The account once used was not used again for a few months.

Farmers attacked the authority, cows and buffalo tied to the gate

The strike was led by Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union. 81 Villages farmers jointly staged a sit-in outside Noida authorities office at 12 noon. Farmers brought cattle in tractor-trolleys. Many women of the farmers were also involved.

केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड (सीबीडीटी )ने भ्रष्टाचार और अन्य गड़बड़ियों के आरोपियों को अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्ति दे दी है| सूत्रों के हवाले से यह पता चला है कि शुक्रवार को यह कार्रवाई भ्रष्टाचार के अन्य आरोपों से संबंधित नियमों के अंतर्गत शुरू की गई है। जून महीने के बाद से यह चौथी बार कार्यवाही की गई है इसमें 49 अफसरों को रिटायर कर दिया गया है| रिटायर किए गए अफसरों में चयनित की गई , प्रधान आयकर आयुक्त, संयुक्त आयकर आयुक्त ,अतिरिक्त आयकर आयुक्त और सहायक आयुक्त स्तर के अधिकारी शामिल है|
इनमें ओपी मीणा जो कि प्रधान आयकर आयुक्त हैं उन्हें भी अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्त दे दी गई है | शैलेंद्र मामी आयकर आयुक्त पीके, बजाज आयकर आयुक्त, संजीव घेवर आयुक्त ,जयप्रकाश आयकर आयुक्त को भी अनिवार्य सेवानिवृत्ति गई है|
इन अधिकारियों के जबरन सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद सरकार अब अधिकारियों के चयन की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। सरकार का मानना है कि इन भ्रष्टाचारी अधिकारियों के जाने के बाद इनकम टैक्स में और पारदर्शिता देखी जा सकती है और आयकर विभाग को काम करने में आसानी होगी। ऐसे अधिकारी अधिकारियों पर भ्रष्टाचार के अलावा कई संगीन आरोप तय थे, इसके वजह से सिविलिटी ने इन अधिकारियों पर विभाग से संबंधित नियमों का उपयोग करके इनको सेवानिवृत्त किया है और आगे भी ऐसा किया जा सकता है भ्रष्ट अधिकारी इससे डरे हुए हैं और इनकम टैक्स ऑफिसर अपने काम पर जोर दे रहे हैं|

Mr Kejriwal said he will bring the cost down to not exactly 50% of the expanded cost at Rs. 23.90 per kg from Saturday. "The paces of onion have expanded. It is being sold at Rs. 60-80 for each kilogram in the national capital. Our legislature will begin selling onion from Saturday at Rs. 23.90 per kilogram," Mr Kejriwal told columnists today. "An individual can get a limit of 5 kg onion for their family. We have recognized 400 proportion shops and 70 portable vans to sell onion. One portable van will cover a get together territory," he said. The Delhi government will take 1 lakh kg onion from the middle in the following five days, Mr Kejriwal said. The middle has just fixed the acquirement and selling cost of the kitchen staple.

Bhausaheb Margale a man who is accused of Kidnapping, Raping and Killing a seven-year-old girl was given bail by a special session court. According to the court, no charge sheet was filed on the man within 90 days of the crime.
The court as given a show-cause notice to the investigating officer asking why he failed to file a charge sheet under the given time. The girl along with her parents went to Nilkantheshwar temple on the occasion of Mahashivratri. With huge crowd in the temple, the girl went missing to which the parents filed a complaint in the police station.
On March 7 the girl was found in dead condition near the temple, after post mortem, it was revealed that the girl was raped.
Police after an investigation found Margale to be involved in the rape and FIR was filed against him under section 302,376 and 363 of the Indian penal code. He was arrested by the rural crime branch, margale hired an advocate Yaspal purohit to represent him. As per Margale's Advocate, It is the duty of the police to file a charge sheet to which they failed.
