In the first phase of the project, the metro will connect Noida Sector 122, 123, Greater Noida Sector 4 and Eco-Tech and Greater Noida 2. Key housing societies will be connected to the first phase project.

The Telangana administration asked the Maharashtra metro planners to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) for Warangal's Metro neo project.
The announcement was made on the 9th of December after a high-level meeting in Hyderabad. The presentation was also made by the managing director along with the Maha metro team, they presented the plan in front of Telangana's government representatives.
After the presentation, the Maha team was assigned a task of preparing a DPR for the length of 10 to 15 KM's Warangal neo metro project. The Maha metro team is quite efficient in its approach, they are building 1 km at the cost of Rs 180 crores while other teams are doing the same thing at Rs 250 crores.
CIDCO which developed five cities and developed many industries have managed to sell its plot for Rs 159. The rate fetched by CIDCO is double of their base rate.
The CIDCO as kept the fixed based rate of Rs 73,635 square metre in Kharghar sector 12. It managed to get Rs 2,06,635 square meter which is 2.8 times the fixed rate.
The bid was made for 2731.96 square metre plot and developer will pay the price of Rs 56.45 crore for the plot. The bidders who submitted online tenders were only made to participate in the bidding process.
All the five plots were sold at double their base rates.
