Reason Behind the imports
Despite government encouraging and brings the schemes time to time are not reaches to the state authority, and youth since in our is country democracy set up, different states governments are having their own regional party. it’s unfortunate they hesitate to implement central government schemes due to their political differences, again its unfortunate they fail to understand ruling government at the center is duty bond look in to country as whole, particular political party government come and go but country remain, our government machineries must realize India as whole, and they must willing to come forward implement central government schemes for development of country and implement it, and ensure that it reaches to concern stakeholders is a must.
At the same time Central government, asking public feedback in all their official website if with regards to if there is any griviemnces to that may bring it to their notice concern but its very unfortunate was not taken for account which is disappointing, I have experience checking the website after the carefully taken the mail ID and submitting my feedback that, not delivering – ie, after some time it bounce back to me, stating that address id not found (how it is ?) that clearly shows that what they preach but not in doing (action)
On the other hand when I send my articles editor of the various national news papers they are also hesitate to publish it, in Democratic Country what our constitution says fundamental right, all the citizen of the country having their equal right in term of freedom of Speech, Write, and Expression but it fail to honor respect the common feeing citizen of their country

Self medication and its consequences
What is self medication?
Self medication is quite common in our country amongst lay man! It is self diagnosing ourselves with signs and symptoms and treating with "over the counter drugs" from pharmacies..
How self medication make docotors life difficult?
Initially when you supress the symptoms with medications it diverts the disease progress and makes it difficult for the doctors to diagnose it.
Example: If there is a skin problem and you self medicate with ointments/cream at home it modifies the texture and nature of the rash. This makes the job of your skin doctor hard as it varies from the regular features.
How self medication turns a patient's life to danger?
Some internal organs major defect intially present with common symptoms. But when you supress it with self medications, you may feel relieved so it prevents you from visiting your physician..Hence it may end up in a way that you will present to your physician only when its life threatening!
Your family may be allergic to certain medicines which you may not know, this may lead to allergic reactions in your body and when you still continue the meds it leads to severe complications!
Example: Common drug seen in allergic category is penicillin, may be one of your family member had a severe complication/lost life due to that drug's intake..you might also face the same complications if you take that drug..because only your doctor knows your family history.
Commonly a lay man repeats the meds which his doctor gave previously for some other diagnosis but same symptoms. Therefore when you present with the same symptoms it doesnot mean you got the same illness again!Hence it is always advisabe to present to your doctor before taking the medications!
Example: Your doctor might have given you an antibiotic last time because you had a bacterial infection presented with common cold! But this time it might be a viral infection with same common cold! Only a doctor know to diffrentiate between a bacterial and viral infection.
Additionaly when you take the same antibiotics often..you know what! Bacteria and virus are smarter!! They understand that mechanism and they adapt (mutate) themselves, that they will not die when you furthur take it! This makes the bacteria/ virus resistant to your medications..Therefore you will be now forced to change the medicine which is a high dose.
Some medications need to be taken in necessary dosages for a specific period only..If you take extra or more dose it has severe side effects which includes drug toxicity..Only your doctor can tell you a definite dose for you according to your weight and disease severity..not all pharmacy staffs are pharmacology graduates..to calculate the doses.
Then comes steroids..Steroids are used for various inflamatory disease, hormonal problems in prescribed doses..but steroids have serious side effects on continuous usage and high doses including obesity, increased hormonal effects and organ damage to the extreme..
Dexamethasone is a steroidal drug used for various illness including inflamation, breating problem..additionaly it is given to pregnant women for baby's lung maturation in cause of premature delivery or cesarian delivery..It is used in trial as recovery drug to save lives in covid19 as patients have breathing difficulty. It is used as a final stage drug..it is not used to prevent the spread of the covid virus..no research have told dexamethasone prevents covid spread, so it is a misconception that dexamethasone prevents covid.
Therefore donot take dexamethasone without physician's advice
From the author:The above mentioned views clearly explains the dangerous and serious issues related to self medication.Hope it enlightens you with the importance of doctor's consultation.Remember your doctor knows better about your body and
how to treat your complaints. Preventing self medication will always save you from unwanted complications and helps your doctor to cure your illness.Trust your doctor and live healthy.
Hengary group of companies
Success is not a destination, it’s a way to pride. I am Praveen kumar. I
born and brought up in Tamilnadu, in a city called chennai in the year 1992, Nov
05. I have completed my school days in 2011 and I was not able to continue my
studies due to my family situation. I started up my career as a house keeping boy
and did cleaning services for almost 2 years. I toiled hard to afford the expenses
of our family. Even then I could not achieve what I want. My ambition was only to
improve my status in the society. I spent all my flesh and blood to attain fame
meanwhile my father had advised me to do same and succeed in life. My father
wanted me to achieve great things in life. I started performing smart work along
with hard work. Even though, I did not get enough money, I never stopped
working. I developed myself and my company with updates and technologies. I
understood, the purpose of technology in every field. It enrooted the seed of
digitalized applications to my company. I decided to have a team of my own
support. I spent day and night for the betterment of my company, thus I also
wanted to guide young people to earn name and fame. It is where all started with
12 staff, the Hengary group of companies. A new voyage is born. I was really
blessed with dedicative and passionate labours.
With all the energy and team spirit we started to provide many services like
JP Pay, JP Chat. It is just all flourished with all good hope.actions, I got to experience the greatest loss of my life. I lost my father and I
ended up all alone. I found none to support or motivate me. My backbone and
strength was my father’s words to success. I continued my path and promoted
Hengary group of companies in 2016 which provides cleaning sevices to
apartments and small hotels. The profit was not sufficient to pay my labours. The
good people around me gave me contracts and references to built my business.
In 2018, my company’s success rate had been increased to 40 percent. I
extended my business to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Sri Lanka. The
global market brought our company the recognition overseas. The biggest
challenge was man power and marketing, thus we moved to technology for
rescue. Technology reduced hard work, motivated smart work. It saved time, cost
and effort. Sometimes we got to learn greatest lesson from simple things. Yes,
technology helped us to work for our clients beneficiaries. We learnt strategies to
develop our company’s profit rate, which would definitely enhance the lives of the
people in many ways.
In 2019, our company turns stagnant with mid rate of success. That
becomes our alarm to establish a new variety of service. Our economical status
was also low and there was no one to support me financially. We bought debts
from banks and launched android and iOS application for cleaning services,
payments, transactions and live chat. We continued working hard and smart.
Trust and confidence on fellow people seated me in this position. We work for
more and better achievement every day. We are looking forward to international Amidst clients and services. I believe my father would bless, Hengary group of
companies. This is my dream and this is our future.
R. Praveen Kumar.
Other News India
I know it’s little late to write a content on this Sathankulam murder due to police brutality. However, I’m creating this content to let you all know my general point of view on the police brutality.
We all were taught that, a ‘Police man’ is a person who is there to help and save people from crime/rough situations. Police people are also called as friend for public.
But now-a- days we come across lot of crime scenes which are made by police. This crime/ violation of civil rights by officers is called “POLICE BRUTALITY”.
The custodial death of the two men in Tamil Nadu’s Sathankulam town in Thoothukudi district has sparked massive outrage in the state over police brutality.
Questions are also being raised on the conduct of the sub-inspectors and all officials present at the police station during the incident.
As a ‘Citizen of India’ we all need to know and educate people around us that just sharing a news in social media and speaking about the issue would never work. Practically, we get a number of police brutality cases daily. It’s just that all the cases are not treated in the same way.
Before getting into my article, I’d want to put up an important disclaimer.
“I’m clearly not mentioning that all the police and govt. employees are wrong or blamable for this act of Sathankulam murder/ anything that I’ve mentioned below.”
Okay let's start...
Everyone would’ve come across the brutal murder of father and son in Sathankulam on June 22,2020..
Here, I’d say – this is not the only incident that happened against innocent public by policemen.
I’m keeping some of the other incidents which we came across recently (during lockdown) for your notice –
# 2020- Many Migrant People who were travelling to their home following lockdown were beaten up by Gujarat police
# 23 March 2020 - Journalist Navin Kumar was verbally abused, beaten, had his car keys, wallet, and phone confiscated by the police while he was on his way to work.
# 24 March 2020 - A doctor was slapped by a cop who asked her inappropriate questions and physically dragged her to the station, while she was returning home from work.
# 26 March 2020 - A crowd of people were lathi charged by the police for no apparent reason. Among them, Lal Swami, a man who had gone outside to buy milk was killed on the spot.
# 28 March 2020 - Suresh and Ramprasad Shah, vegetable vendors, were brutally assaulted by police with lathis.
# 5 April 2020 - A 65-year old, Tibu Meda, who went to buy rations for his family along with his son-in-law, were assaulted by police. Both tried to run away, but Meda was fatally wounded.
# 9 April 2020 - Harsh Rathod, a pharmacist, was beaten up by an officer while buying supplies for his shop.
# 10 April 2020 - Bhairon Lal Lohar, his brother, and an ambulance driver were brutally beaten by Gujarat police officers while Lal Lohar, with his brother, was going to attend their mother's funeral, although they had taken permission from the authorities.

# 20 April 2020 - A 50-year old farmer, was questioned by 6 officers on the suspicion of running a gambling den. When he denied the allegation, they beat him unconscious with lathis. He later succumbed to his injuries.
# 21 April 2020 - Mohammed Ghouse, a heart patient, was beaten to death by the police for no apparent reason.
# 22 June 2020 - Custodial death of father and son. The duo had been beaten, brutally tortued, and sexually assaulted. #sathankulamissue.
# 27 June 2020 - 19-year old heart patient, Sagar Chalavadi died of a heart attack after being lathi-charged outside an SSLC examination centre
(All these incidents are put up to your notice with reference to the latest newspapers and google)
There are so many incidents like this which happened from the independence of India to the COVID 19 outbreak which clearly shows that some police officers do offensive things with their police power which is considered as a Crime.
I DONT KNOW, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE ??
Alright, let's get to the solution which we can do as public/ citizen/ just a common person.
If we go through all these issues we will get to know that, the root cause of all issues is that - there is no proper government structure which can take action on police officials.
For example – If we(public people) commit a mistake – we have police to take care. But, if a police/govt. official commits a crime – who is there to take care of that?
Here, we have a branch in which we can file a complaint on a police officer if they commit a mistake/crime. As far as we know, this branch is not completely operational because of the reasons that people are not aware about this/ police are themselves being the head of this department where the action is not taken/ nobody is ready to file a proper complaint against a police general who commits a crime.
But, in Pondicherry – this panel is brought to function by the highest official stating that, it should have chief magistrate in the panel to give a correct solution for these type of police brutalities.
From my point of view, I’d say such ideas should be appreciated and we all should ask for the same to the rest states of India.
So far, we have created so many trending #tags which would bring safety and awareness to people. On this list, lets add this important #tag from now on which is #implementPCA #PCA #PoliceComplaintsAuthority .
Lets together take a step towards better Nation atleast after the death of 2 souls.
RIP Jeyaraj and Fenix.
