According to the case, the victim had registered a case of misconduct and forced abortion against the accused Dholabhata resident Ashwini Chauhan alias Ashish Chauhan. The victim said in a statement to the police that after the death of her husband, she came in contact with the accused. During this time, the accused increased their closeness by saying marriage and established physical relations. When the victim became pregnant, she forcibly miscarried and beaten up with alcohol and tried to kill her. Research by the police found that the accused physically abused the victim by pretending to be married. On 15 November 2018, the victim was admitted to Zanana Hospital and underwent an abortion.
The police made the victim's statements before the magistrate before presenting the challan against the accused. After the charge sheet was presented, during the trial of the victim, the victim turned back from her statements and became defiant. On this, passing the order of acquittal of the accused Dholabhata resident Ashwini Chauhan, hearing the application of Public Prosecutor Vivek Parashar and ordered action against the victim in connection with the registration of false case by the victim.

Junior Legal Officer will be recruited for 156 posts
RPSC will issue online applications from September 26
In the Department of Law and Legal Affairs, 156 posts of Junior Legal Officer will be recruited. This recruitment will be done through Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
