Gehlot said that ministers should stop the transfer industry, said - will bring a transfer policy
Transfers are considered an industry of ministers. Haryana has been doing every transfer online policy for two years. Punjab also started transfer of eligible person as per online preference and fixed norms from July. Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh already have a transfer policy. But every minister has different transfer policy in Rajasthan. Recently, more than 20 thousand employees were transferred including 16 thousand in education and medical.
In the previous government, two former ministers Vasudev Devnani and Prabhulal Saini kept talking about the transfer policy. But now the CM himself has said, then it can be expected that the transfer policy of the state will be issued soon on the lines of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Himachal. By the way, the Rajasthan High Court has also ordered December 2014 and had issued notice to the government that the transfer policy should be implemented in Rajasthan.
Nothing happened in five years. Now CM has raised hopes of a uniform transfer policy for 8 lakh employees. Most teachers and medical organizations allege that nothing has changed except taking online applications. As before, there have been transfers inspired by politics. this time applications were only ordered online in some departments, but there are so many scams in the transfers that there is a lockdown and thousands of memorandums are being given to CMs and MLAs. Angered by the large number of teachers and doctors, for the first time, CM Ashok Gehlot said on Tuesday that he will make a transfer policy of the state soon.
There is maximum opposition to the transfers in Kota, Pushkar, Baran, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Dausa, Tonk, Jodhpur, Bikaner. Lockout and road jamming are being done in many schools. The CM has received complaints from every district.
